i assume if in India, just look on the internet for government grants in the area you want. In the USA type government grants in the web browser .

if you mean native american, the nearest reservation can answer that and theres also websites. you need to be 1/4 blood and be able to prove it. if indian as from india, go to the nearest convenience store.
