I got probation before judgement and was ordered to give my Probation officer urine for drug testing whenever she asked, well she did but my urine would have tested positive for THC marijuana, so I asked my friend to pee in the toilet bowl and I collected a sample from the toilet... I'm really scared now, it was something I thought to do in the last minute, what's the worst that could happen? What should I expect? Am I going to be arrested or do I go to court? Does my P.O. have to violate me? Is the test definately going to fail? I'm so worried! I feel soooooo stupid! Help!

+ You are probably busted. Quit now before you are tested again. The best you can hope for is a re-test due to a admin error. Better to talk to the probation officer as soon as you know the outcome.

Yes, the test will fail. They check for bleach and dilution. Taking a sample from a toilet will be diluted and if you are lucky, they will just ask you to take another test. Hopefully it will give you time to clear the THC from your system.
I have been a manager for 15 years and our company does random tests and I have seen all the ways people try and cheat the tests. They all fail becuase as soon as someone comes up with an idea, they figure out how to test for it.
But here is an idea that will work 100% You will need a sturdy bag with a small tube coming out of it and a way to clamp the tube shut. Have someone with clean urine fill the bag and seal the tube. Now here is the nasty part. Since they now test for temperature, you have to insert the urine bag in your rectum (butt) and leave the tube coming out. Tape the tube to your penis for easy access (they may watch) and when you go in, pull out your penis with the tube attached and release the clamp so it looks like you are urinating from your penis. The pressure from your rectum should cause a strong flow until emptied.
Women can use this method but insert it in the vagina instead.
The urine will be clean and at your body temp and it will appear to come from YOUR body so it will pass all tests.

Man, u have so placed urself in a ****** up situation. The fact that the urine you collected came out the the toilet, along with water, & possibily toilet cleanser, is going to definitely have an affect on your test. You can just about expect to have a positive test. Whatever else happens depends on ur PO. You may or may not be violated, have to go to court or be arrested. But, make no mistake, the courts will be notified that your test is positive. How bout u stop fukking smoking?

You are going to end up as Leroy's pincushion in cell block C. Drug test adminisrators first check for temperature, which will fall short if the sample came from anywhere but the inside of your body. Second, they check it's specific gravity to ensure that it's actually urine, and not diluted. Sorry, they're going to catch you, make you pee again, this time while standing next to you watching the whole thing, and test THAT sample. Naturally, you're stupid enough to do drugs while on probation, so they're going to put you back in the slam to wisen up a bit.

Yes it is going to fail. Have you ever thought perhaps, Quit using drugs, that would be the best thing to do. Stop trying to trick the tests that is not going to happen. Make a conscience effort to get your life together, you will be glad you did.When you test positive, usually the first time they will keep retesting to see if the levels are going down, however, since you did this stupid move, you may have blown your chances. That depends on your probation officer and the judge. Good luck, Get a grip and get your life on track, Dope is for dummies. Don't spend your time trying to pass drug screens, get yourself clean and then you wont have to worry yourself and you will get much further in life.

It's going to fail, especially if you got it from the toilet. I'm assuming it was cold when you gave it to her. Why did you even do Marijuana. Don't you understand that your PO is doing everything to help you and provide you with resources that will help you be effective? A small thing like this can bring major problems, as well as cause your probation officer to lose credibility in what you do.

Well You are stupid If you knew that your P.O. was going to ask you when ever she wanted for a drug test you keep smoking marijuana.... Yes she is going to find out about it. They take the test to a lab. The lab can tell them exactly what is on the urine sample. Can you imagen Bubba as your room mate...

You ARE so stupid. Gee, maybe you shouldn't have been doping, do you think? The test probably will show that the sample was collected from the bowl, which means you will be asked to retake the test and observed, this time.

Worst case? hmmm.. how about contempt of court?...
They can detect all of the junk in toilet water like chlorine (I don't think you would have that in your urine naturally) and the toilet cleaner, and the toilet bowl sanitizer bar.. or whatever they used... and what if someone with more serious drugs used it before you and left residue in it for you? ahahahahaahahaaa!

You will fail your drug test because they will find abnormalities like toilet bowl cleaner and tap water, they'll probably just make you retake it. In the meantime stop using dummy.
