Drink lots of cool water, not only does it help you feel fuller but it also helps flush your body of toxins. Try green tea as well, it's great stuff and once you are used to the taste it will be a wonderful body detoxifier as well.

Eat a hand full of almonds before you eat. This will also help you feel fuller longer and stop your body creating excess sugar, meaning you'll lose weight faster!

even though u're dieting u shouldnt have to starve yourself. putting yourself through hunger pains isnt the right way to diet, it can weaken you or cause health problems. try eating several small ammounts of healthy meals through out the day, that way u're eating decently without putting on weight.

Hand peeled carrots. You peel enough carrots with a hand peeler and you get tired of doing it. You learn to live with the hunger pangs rather then peel anymore carrots.
