No thank goodness. But I know a couple of people who have. If not treated it can eat a hole in your skin at the site of the bite. Nasty and painful. This is exactly why I won't hang my clothes out on the clothesline anymore. Everything goes in the dryer!! That's how one of my friends was bitten. Her mother had hung her jeans out to dry and the spider was inside her jeans, it bit her on the thigh. The other friend had to crawl under the house to put some new heat tape around his water pipe and got bit.

Yes I have twice! And it hurts like hell. I had to get both of the sites lanced to remove the poision.

i have not, but a gentleman at my work was a while back. his knee swelled up to the size of a softball and had to be rushed to the hospital. he did fully recover.
