Let's be honest. Christians and Muslims are the majority. You cannot go to any country without finding a Muslim and a Christian. They have changed civilization for the better and in some cases the worst.
Because they are the majority, no one cares about them. Its the same reason why people don't cheer for Roger Federer or like the rich. Also Christians and Muslims don't spend time worrying about what people say about them. They have better things to do.
Jews/Gays spend millions to make sure the world remembers them and puts out propaganda all the time.
Its politically correct to make fun of Jesus (pbuh), Muhammad (s), the bible/Qur'an, as well as Muslims and christians.
Its ANTI-SEMETIC to say anything bad about jews. Its HOMOPHOBIC if you say anything against gays.

Christians are, of course, the most protected group in the United States. Gays are among the least. We have reached a point at which it's perfectly fine to be openly prejudiced against gays, or atheists, or Muslims, but if you're prejudiced against Christians or blacks your public career is over. Of course if your prejudice is against blacks, you can still find plenty of people willing to help you out behind the scenes. A presidential candidate who said something negative about Christians would quickly be out of the race. Even simply pointing out that the religious right televangelists are bigoted cost McCain the 2000 nomination. As far as "doing bad things" is concerned, if I were to point out in public that fairly mainstream Christian behaviors such as promoting creationism, lying about abortion, and attacking religious freedom in the U.S. are evil, I'd be the one demonized, not the perpetrators of those bad acts. In short, you people are so spoiled you have no idea how privileged you are.

I'm curious. Exactly which town in The Twilight Zone do you live in?
Both Jews and gays have been the target of vicious "bashing" for centuries. No matter how extreme your disapproval might be, to refrain from expressing such bigotry is not "pc" - it's polite.
And being simply, consistently, compassionately POLITE may be the only thing we can do to keep peace in the world.

What makes you think they don't?
I've seen queer bashing on this site like you wouldn't believe. I would imagine that if I looked for it I'd find racism and prejudice of every kind with the next 20 minutes.
Check out some of my answers and you'll find frequent references to that effect.
Although, as much as I dislike racism and prejudice I am a strong supporter of their right to that viewpoint and their right to express it.

It isn't okay to "bash" anyone's beliefs. There r lots of questions for athiests on this site, and there is a seperate forum for Q&A for homosexuals. The ones that get posted here r usually nasty and deserve to be reported.

People shouldn't bash anyone... well, maybe it's OK to bash child molestors and drug addicts... but if folks reported the bashers, regardless of who they were bashing, maybe they'd cut down?
