Yes.The crime that the person has charge with is also entered

you need to be speicific on what you want to know you have asked several vague booking questions.

some departments don't use computers at all ( except for the NCIC) and keep all fingerprint, photos and files on paper.

many use all electronic systems So all the info can be keep on the comupter in many larger departments.
