Well its definately a legal issue. Just because someone thinks it shouldnt be ilegal dosent mean its not. as for the moral part, thats up for you to decide. Your morals are your own, they are a matter of your opinion. Most would say it goes against their morals. But if you want to do it, its your choice.

Personally, I think it should be both. As the saying goes, "Pay respects to/for the dead" Lets be respectful. I realize the bodily senses are no longer functioning but still this goes way beyond any kind of human decency.
A necrophiliac definitely needs some psychological help in a bad way.

There is no difference. This country was founded by people who believed that God was the true leader of us all. This society is held together by a common moral fabric. So many people trying to seperate the two, but once the majority of the people become morally corrupt, believing that everything is up to man and man's law, we're in for it.

In some states it is a legal issue but who would want to do such a horrible thing anyway! Just find someone who's walking and breathing!!!

Anyone that engages in that practice is truly a loser. It is illegal. The moral aspects of it is dependent on the culture and beliefs of the individual or people involved.

Legal but I think it's only a misdemeanor (pay the fine). They tried to argue that it was rape at one time but the charges were dropped because the complainent wouldn't make a statement.

both as many states have laws against such practices. the laws rules and mores of most societies prohibit such practices and the penalties are extremely severe for this breaking of the law.
