My bother is ttttoooo anoying?He's baby.?

Ok,My borther has a tantrum.He's 9 an i'm 12.Here are some examples of some things.
1.One day i was minding my own business watching tv.And he comes upstirs and says change the channel.I was like i was up here first.And he got mad and turned off the t.v.I truned it on and so on.Then he started throwing things at me,hitting me,and my parents take his side and make me go away so he can watch it or they limit my minutes.
2.Sometimes i play my violin cuz i'm in 6th grade and i practice.It sounds preety good.But my mom dont think so.I start playing and my brother wants to watch t.v.So we got in a fight about that.My mom took his side.
3.Today,I needed to go to the library to get a book for my book report due in like 2 weeks.But i can read a novel in 10 days.Anyways.We went out shopping yesterday,And we didnt go to khols to get me a dress for my first middleschool dance.and so i wanted to go to the library and khols.But my brother threw a fit and didnt want to go.

So then we said fine and my dad would take me tonight or something.So later he had a fit cuz he couldnt find one.I said i might have one in my closet.So i looked and i dint.My brother was like,you must of overlokked uit.And just started to go throw my closet and i wanted him out.So we got in a fight about that.So my dad took his side.He took my brother to the library to get 5 books for some reading homework he has to do cuz he cant read well.He;'s too busey playing games,siting on the couch eating potatoi chips,and watchign t.v. while i'm outside,Playing with my dog.And i want to come in and watch some t.v. or something an dhe doesnt want me to.Anyways.He went to the library,and i couldnt go cuz my friend left 30 minutes befor they closed and i just had to get a book and check it out.AndI wont have anything to where to the dance wendsday.I have to use scratch.And my parents are too busey with angela my 5 month old sis to notice i'm sad.

So i have the short end of the stick again.These are just a few exampkles.What should i do?I got my ears pirced saturday,and my brother was at gamestop and my mom as soon as i was done,said now go check on your brother while everyone was saying good job,you look so preety,congratulations,I guess my mom wantes everyone to crowed around her sweet little angela and my brother.What should i do?I'm gettign sooooooooooooooooooooooooo anoyed.

Oh and my friend lexi poked him with a bat just a little bit and barely did anything,but my brothers friend foster,He punches me hard and he is still allowed over.And they both attack me.My mom doesnt like my best friend shelby.She said just the way she looks she can tell that shelby is a trouble maker.Just by the way she looks.

First of all, Passion needs to stfu.

You need to talk to your parents about this situation. Let them know how you feel. It sounds liek your brother is a spoiled brat and is manipulating you parents into what he wants to happen. Hang in there. Hopefully it'll get better as he grows up. He's still a little kid after all.

You need to invite your mom up to your room to have a private chat. Tell her that you and her need some mother/daughter time without your little brother. Don't, DO NOT, act like a whiny little brat or complain about everything he does. That will get you no-where. Act very mature and tell her what you need. Then once in a while on your private outings, you can bring up an instance about your brother that upset you and ask her how you should handle it.
In the grown up world, there is always going to be someone getting attention from negative behavior, so try getting used to dealing with it. Sorry I don't have a better answer. Good luck!
