around their point of puberty.
which can be as early as 11/12 and on for the rest of their lives.
guys tend to think with their penis' from then on.

THEY WOULD BE AROUND 50-59. AND SOME DONT THINK DIRTY THINGS. YOU KNOW WHAT? NVM THEY START THINKING DIRTY THINGS AT AGE 1. WAIT NO. UMM 89 I BELIEVE.
