If you mean what days we get out of school because of holidays? There are a few.
Memorial Day
Martin Luther King Day (at least in many places)
Easter (as we always get Spring Break Around Easter)
Christmas
New Year's Day
Thanksgiving
Sometimes Election Day (but usually that's just because the schools are the places where the voting takes place)

In addition to what Erendis said some people get off Jewish holidays like Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashannah. Also we get Columbus Day off and have a winter and spring break of one week each.
