I'm having a 'pink' themed party. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for what I should serve. I have a huge list of drinks. I'm looking for mostly food. Whoever can come up with the most pink foods will get 10 points!! Recipes are good too!!

lots of great answers for you!

like everyone else said:

shrimp (roll a thin slice of prosciutto ham around them)

small toast with salmon locs and salmon cream cheese,

Lobster bisque (you can buy the soup made at the grocery store),

Pink potato salad (make your usual salad with potatoes, onions, relish, eggs, and then pour a bit of Catalina dressing).

Make this pink dip and use it with veggies or crackers:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room tempt)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Grated onion
Dash Worcestershire
Ketchup, to turn pink

Mix everything!

Hope you have a fun party!!!

At good produce markets you might find purple potatoes (I know these aren't pink, but they taste great and are very visually interesting).
Anything with rhubarb.
Radichio lettuce (okay, still pretty purple).

I would make a pink grapefruit salad - using Ruby Red Grapefruit wedges, coconut, pineapple chunks and cherries. This is refreshing and looks so pretty served in little individual goblets or crystal bowls.
Shrimp cocktail and Ham Kebobs would be excellent with this salad. You could serve tiny red potatoes (which will look pink when cooked) and red onion wedges (grilled)
