ANKLE OR FOOT, you know "weighed down"- if thats the theme ur looking for, and u could get waves(the sea) under it, that would look really cool!!! GOOD LUCK!!

Lower back would be neat - or thigh. Depends on the size - a small one would be nice on the ankle. then you could get a chain up and around your leg.

on your upper back side of shoulders It didn't hurt. The one on my ankle did. also you can hide it if you need to.
