why are people so concerned about North Korea "testing" their nuclear weapons, i mean they are just "testing" them it's not like their launching them against anyone?

Well, before they can launch em, they've got to test em. Once they know they've got a viable nuclear weapon, it's likely that they'll use them. THAT"S what the worry is about.

If they abide by the agreement against testing above ground, and even under ground has been prohibited for some time. It has to do with radiation fallout, even underground there's the water and soil.

They want to make sure their nuclear missles, will be able to reach the west coast of the United States. They think they can intimidate the US, but we have not got any reason to nuke N. Korea.....Yet..

They are testing to see if their latest model will work,just in case they have to use it,to defend them selves,or to intimmidate.

they are trying to determine if there weapons will work . if not they can make changes.
wouldn't you rather they don't know???????????
