You should think of it as a good thing. Some guys do not care for those types of "Affection". Kissing and hugging isnt nessasarily a "Turn-on" for them. Feel fortunate that you "Light his fire" in that way.
Its basically because of a "Chemical reaction" in the brain because of being that close to the opposite sex (Its stronger when the one involved is a gf, wife......).
The chemicals are telling the body to "Get ready...." Its natural, dont be offended.
