What should i do?

ok, i certainly know how to pick the guy to like - class president, quarterback, and darn near perfect in every way. i think that he liked me, cuz a couple of years ago, he kinda made a move, but i shot him down, and i tried to get over him, and i did, but now i have him in a lot of classes and i'm hooked. my friend says that he stares at me, and i know he used to, but i don't know if he still does. anyway, my window of opportunity - homecoming - slipped by way too fast without me making a move. i can't seem to talk to him, and i can barely hold eye contact for more than a few seconds! :( in my school, the cliques aren't very established... and i am smart, and in the group that is kinda average - mainly, not wanting to be in drama, but normal. (we have three groups - jocks, preps, and people not wanting to be in drama... and then there is the few weirdos spread in all that) anyway, i think i want to make a move, but i don't know if i can. what should i do?

If he stares at you, you either have your shirt tucked into your underwear or he likes you. Maybe he likes chicks who tuck their shirts into their underwear, so it might be both. So, check your shirt and underwear situation and go for it. Don't let cliques get in your way. Just start talking to him. What is the worst that can happen? If he turns out to be a jerk and doesn't want to talk to you, you are better off and better than him. He doesn't know what he is missing out on. If he starts to talk to you, then it will get easier and easier every time.

Can't talk to him just yet? Attempt to shoot him a smile in class. Drop your pencil and when you lean over to go get it, shoot him a little smile. If he is looking at you at the time, that is great. Turn back around and look foward for a second. Then, take another little peak over your shoulder. If he is paying attention to you, give him a little smile and perhaps a small nervous type of giggle that says, "I caught you staring at me, but I like it."

Since he made a move on you before, I would assume you have spoken before. So, breaking the ice shouldn't be too hard. Just suck your feelings up and do it. One day before class, ask him a question about the homework you had the night before or what time the next football game is. Tell him you might come and watch him play because you would like to learn a little more about football. That can be your excuse to talk to him. In class the day after the game, ask him something about it. "What happened when they gave you that penalty in the third quarter? What does that mean? I was so confused!" or "Nice job on that touchdown! That was an amazing catch!" Just let the conversation go from there.

Do not wait for him to ask you out. If you think he is too shy to do so, just ask him out. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, ask him if he wants to study with you for the test after school. Slip him your phone number and tell him to call you. Once this happens, you are in.

Just don't get discouraged if he says no. He will likely be flattered that you like him.

Make the move just start talking to him like he is one of your friends. He's just a person like everyone else is there is nothing special about him.

i had a similar problem and im there with you girl i know your frustration, all i can say is i would pass him a note in one of your classes with him ask him for his e-mail and talk to him there become interenet friends and than eventually appologize for shooting him down and ask for a second chance and i would say go to school lookin HOT im landin my guy like that :P:P good luck hope it works out for ya have fun
