SO I KNOW THIS 18 Y/O GUY WHO IS REALLY INTERESTED IN THIS ONE CHICK WHO IS 24. SHE IS LOOKING FOR A SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP AND SHE SAID SHE FEELS A SUPER STRONG VIBE between them and that sparks fly when they look in eachothers eyes.. THE BOY HAS BEEN PERSUING HER from the start...AND SHE HAS BEEN GOING ALONG AND FLIRTING WITH HIM. HE IS REALLY MATURE FOR HIS AGE AND EVEN LOOKS WAY OLDER THAN 18. I THINK IT JUST MIGHT WORK IF THEY TRY.. WHAT DO U THINK?? I'M PRETTY SURE HE WANTS A RELATIONSHIP ALSO...AND THEY ARE A BLAST TO HANG OUT WITH.. THEY ARENT A COUPLE YET..JUST FRIENDS BUT EVERYONE KNOWS THEY WANT EACHOTHER.. WHAT ARE THE ODDS THAT THIS RELATIONSHIP WOULD WORK IF THEY TOOK THE CHANCE??? THEY HAVE A TON OF MUTUAL FRIENDS AND FAMILIES KNOW EACHOTHER ALSO. KNOWN EACHOTHER ABOUT A YR. worried about his feelings changing as he grows?? i guess noone can really say but its good to see what you guys think!!

Is not more then 10% chance to survive for the relationship.
Because the difference in age is no problem today but 8 or 10 years from today - He can see old women. Attraction is important but reality of the future, how to handle and adds are against this relationship to be successful. He is only 18 if 38 is different story.

If it works for both of them and they want the same things then why not?! There isn't anything wrong with age differences, so long as both individuals are adults. The only thing i might be concerned with is him maybe feeling like he is missing out on other things. Ya know like experiencing other things, maybe like the whole college thing, that could be a problem if she isn't into partying and getting drunk all the time. I'm just throwing that out there i have no idea what either of them are into. But ya, he probably has a bit more growing up to do and she would just have to hope he doesn't grow out of her. Other than that, why not? Go for it

She's only 24 yrs old which is not a lot older than him; if she can handled his age and maturity level, I say go for it.
