I have only lost inches so far and when will i be able to see it as well as others?

This is the #1 reason people don't stick with diets. They don't see results fast enough. Well, you certainly didn't put the weight ON overnight, so it is not going to come off overnight. I hope you are on something healthy and not one of these stupid fad diets?? If you are on a healthy one, don't think of it as a diet. Because that means you'll soon stop it and go back to the way you ate that made you overweight. Think of it as a lifestyle change and stick to it....for good.

It really depends where you starting point was and how rigorous a plan you are on now. Basically you can expect to see some real results after a month or two of being on a strict diet/exercise plan. Try to be patient. Inches is good... the change is subtle, but people around you will notice, even if you do not. Sometimes when gradually changing, it is hard to notice a big difference. Try to notice the difference in how you feel in your clothing if you are losing inches. Also, don't fret about not losing weight right away, because if you are exercising, then you might not lose weight, but convert the fat to muscle. In this case, the inches is the best way to determine that what you are doing is making a difference.

Well, you didn't get fat overnight. So, you can't lose it overnight. It can take time, even months or years. You must work on a combination of diet and exercise.
