Apparently if you eat a teaspoon of local honey (must be from your local area as it will be made from the same pollen that is setting off your allergy) once a day in the few months preceding and during your hayfever season, you will build up immunity to local pollens, which would help with your hayfever. Another natural remedy which i use (which I find works pretty well for me) is New Era Combination H tissue salts. This is a homoeopathic remedy, and comes as small tablets which you can take throughout the day to help ease the symptoms. Good luck, I know from experience that hayfever can be a horrible downside to spring and summer.

Hi Hopi Ear Candles are very good, my hay fever has all but cleared up. Go and see a therapist who is trained who will be able to help you. I aways use biosun candles as they seem to work the best make sure you ask ll the right questions.

In my experience, chronic hay fever is just an excuse to hang out at the beach all day... I'd go for that :-)

There is an injection you can now have from you GP thats you best bet and it will protect you for 5 years. Mum had it done as she has suffered terribly over the last 6 years and this year whe she had it done she had no symptoms what so ever!!!

Not sure about natural cures, but something like benedryl will work, and gargle some warm salty water is what i've always heard.

I suffer very badly with hayfever and have tried all the natural methods, none have worked, i believe they are just old wives tales. the best solution i found are nasal sprays, especially beconase bought over the counter at any chemist.
