i have founded this bird near my housse i want to know how it will be better cooked ???

If you found this bird and want to cook it I suggest you cook it outside out of range of your home. Use a lot of garlic and tenderize it as it looks to be tough. I would poke it over and over again with a 10 foot poll, fill the pokes with garbanzo beans and cover with foil and roast it for many hours. Good luck w/your oddity.

Maybe it is better for you not to eat it... Maybe you will catch the bird flu disease or whatsoever...
