i just want to know what type of ink will make a tattoo come out blacker.

They make a special black for tribals.It has more pigments so it's darker.

I don't know the best type of ink to use, cause each tattooist has their preferences. As for color...go black!!! Color is nice, but you might not be able to hold a certain color and color will fade in due time as compared to black. Then again some people hold color very well, but I would go with black.

Do your self a favor get a henna tattoo and if you like it then get it on permanent henna only last a week or so.
