If a guy who you have never met before comes up to you and asks for a date, will you accept it. He says that he is not in any of your university classes and that he gets no other chance to talk and get himself introduced to me and that is why he came up with this decision. That he is asking for a date for us to first to get to know each other.

Sounds like love at first sight. You don't have to know someone or anything about them to go on a first date. It doesn't mean he's a weirdo, it means he's brave and willing to take risks to get what he wants. Sounds like a winner to me.
Just be sure it's in a public area, have your own transportation, don't drink to excess, don't drink anything that you didn't fix yourself, let someone know where you'll be and when you'll be back, carry a cell phone and pepper spray.
But I'm sure your parents taught you all that before they allowed you to date in the first place.

it depends on what he looks like and his personality. if he drinks and stuff like that. u don't ever want 2 go wit a girl thats doesnt like what u do. like if u went 2 college u wouldnt want her 2 stay at home 24 7 and left u wit all the bills. a guy 4 me would have 2 be goodin lookin good personality and responsible.

I would. But, if you don't know him at all opt for a very public place, close to home. Maybe somewhere you frequent. A club where people know you by name, or a coffee house of the same.

I wouldn't go just cus chances are that he is not a weirdo but u never know...he could be that one in a million...tell him u wanna know what classes he is in and if you can start by seeing him around campus...DONT GO ANY WHERE ALONE WITH HIM...

Be careful, you don't know this guy. I'm not saying he's a bad guy, you just never know. I'd take it easy and slow if you want to date him.

girl i would get his e-mail and say not right now lets just get to know eachother and than if you start to get to know him than yes go out with him i mean love only works if you give it a chance right but i would say talk to him
