Not a fear more like a repulsion. However if it is a friend or a beloved pet who is ill then I am more wanting to take care of them and the vomit is secondary.

The sight and smell of it really repulses me, and makes me genuinely ill. Blood, poo, urine is unpleasant, but doesn't bother me too much,(within reason!) but vomit....urrrrhhhhh even the word makes me want to..........

i do not necessarily have a fear of seeing it however, if i see or hear someone vomit, it makes me vomit. Yuk!

I'm not afraid of it..but when i see it, or hear it, or smell it, I do it too.
