Do this you'll love it.....take lots of grated Parmesan and Beer to make a batter, nice and thick dip your chicken in it to coat well, fry in a hot frying pan to a nice brown. delicious, and have some nice tomato sauce with it. I am a chef

Try mayonnaise- when I make my chicken tenders that is what i use rather than eggs. It makes the chicken really moist. Ranch dressing would work also

I just press the chicken into the breadcrumbs and they stick on themselves. You can use some milk.
