Fire Fox by far.
IE is the primary target of viruses and has so many security issues. Netscape is clunky. Firefox is aesthetically pleasing, fast and user friendly.

I really like Fire Fox. There are so very few problems with it. I've used it for a little over 2 years now.

It depends on what you are looking for. Firefox has the security and extensions that can make the web experience way better. Another good one is Opera.
So i would say the best two are Firefox and Opera for its features and speed and security

My vote is also for Firefox. I've been using it for quite a while, works very well, fairly small download, free and friendly.
I also have Opera, K-Meleon and I.E.
I. E. is the very last one that I would use.
