Yes - gums are swollen - when they come in are you have them pulled the puffiness will be eliminated - try taking some Tylenol or some pain relief medicine will help swelling and soreness!@

That's not normal because when my wisdom teeth grew my face looked completely normal.

No, it's not normal. It's normal after you get them pulled. Check with a dentist because that might be a sign that there is infection under the teeth in which case, you will have to get them pulled.

Yes but it comes and goes and you do not stay puffy all the time until they are finished coming in.

you should get them pulled asap. but remember when you do, your cheeks will get like 4times bigger , so make sure you take some time off from work/school.
