Muscle? Fat? combo of both? For football or other sports?

Eat eat eat. For muscle, eat lots of protein - 2 grams for every pound of body weight. Then work out a lot.

Creatine works for weight gain also.

20 pounds is really quite a bit though. To do it "healthily" is going to take you a while. Talk to a nutritionist and trainer if you can.

Jack up your physical activity level as much as you can take, and increase your calorie intake to match. Make it roasted meats, baked potatoes and roasted veggies, pasta with good sauces etc, ( try to avoid the overly processed foods ), and cap it off with the good ice creams.
Note: muscle weighs more than fat in an equal volume

go on a starch and protein diet. breakfast large i mean large bowl or oatmeal, toast, water. lunch potatoes with steak,vegies and pasta, a protean bar to snack. veggies around 3 pm with water through out the day. then dinner bread, potatoes, pork steak or chicken-large portion, noodles with what ever sauce, or soup. then before dinner penut butter and jelly sandwitch

Eat a lot of protein. Also muscle weighs more than fat so work out to build your muscles up.

you can try drinking ensure...not too tasty but it will help you gain some weight in a healthy way.

EAT LOTS OF FATS AND CARBS. BETTER NOT DO IT BECAUSE ONCE YOU PUT IT ON ITS HELL TO GET OFF ALSO REMEMBER THE BIGGER THAT BELY GETS THE SHORTER THE PENIS GETS.
