I had LASIK eye surgery three and a half days ago. My vision is MUCH better than before the surgery, but there is still some slight blurring. How long before that goes away?

regardless of what these other people said, it can take up to 6 months to get your very best vision. The eyes will fluctuate for a bit after surgery but just remember, this wasn't a tattoo, it was eye SURGERY. It just takes time for your eyes to heal. Everyone is different and healing takes as long as it takes. No one can tell you how long it will take because it is different for everyone.

While LASIK is considered an overall "safe" procedure many people have life long side effects. For those who had LASIK and are now experiencing side effects like dry eyes, glare at night, blurry vision or eye pain there is treatment, without further surgery. Check out http://www.LasikFailures.com

i'm a cataract and refractive typical practitioner. Dryness after LASIK many times resolves after countless months, whether it truly is an enduring concern. If tears are not working, punctal plugs (ans some will say restasis) might prevail.

This depends on what it was for, you (uniquely), & a question to ask your ophthalmogist (who should have told you in the first place). I understand that after cataract surgery, a "membrane" can cloud your lens, & is easily removed in a 5 minute laser treatment--never has to be done again. If yours was just for vision improvement, that's another ballgame. Do ask your ophthalmogist--best qualified (I hope) to give an answer. Good luck!

Depends on the procedure you had done - Traditional or Wavefront? With Intralase? It varies per patient. Usually 1-2 days though but some patients take about up to 1 week
