Mark makes a product to spray on. It is great. Neutrogena makes one to too.

I'm gonna give you a very serious advice. And this goes for all kind of acne:

My brother had a huge problem with acne. My parents were very understanding and paid for a pile of treatments that worked for a few weeks, but ended up failing in the long run.

So he followed my mom's suggestion:

She had "Aloe Vera" cactus in her garden. This is a fairly know plant, present in most beauty products.

He would break one of the plants branch, cut a small piece/ring and rub it against the acne. The plant has a gel on the inside which you should rub with the ring itself. He kept the branch (branch is not the right expression, since it's a rather small plant, but you get the picture) in the refrigerator and use the following days. He would do this at the early morning and before bed.

He was "cured" in 3 weeks. For good.

It really works. Plus it's pretty much free. Buy the plant and water it. That's it.

This is really an honest to God advice.

Hope it works for you.

I used Neutrogena Body Wash. Also I was told if you have long hair that if you try and keep it off your back more often, it will let your skin breathe.

What your second answerer said, If no backbrush then use a wash cloth with soap and stretch across your back...You must use soap and water........Just make it a daily habit when you take your shower...........
