I've been walking 30 minutes every other day, I was also doing some strength training, but am now wondering which will get me results faster, doing both, doing just cardio or just strength training. Though am not sure strength training is for me.

The faster you lose it the quicker you will gain it back

Number 1 you need to cut your excess fat intake completely. Don't eat foods with high Saturated fat content... look at the nutritional info on the back of food packs.

Number 2 Once you have cut your fat intake, start exercising

Number 3 When you have lost your weight dont go back to your old ways!!!

Also watch out for high sodium and sugar content. Remember that you will have to burn the excess sugar in your system before you start burning the fat!!

You only start burning fat when exercising becomes hard :P

How about this: The BEST way to get in shape is regular cardiovascular exercise where the heart rate exceeds 100 BPM for at least 30 min (this figure may vary based on current health,, size and genetics. Talk to your doctor) Do your intense workout in the morning and it will raise your metabl=olism for the rest of the day. However, don't worry so much about losing weight. If you exercise regularly and eat right you may actually gain weight as you replace fat with lean muscle mass which has a higher density and therefore increases your weight.

There are many methods but the best way is to drink plenty of water and eat plenty of greens and fish which is good for your cardiovascular system. Start by exercising maybe for 10-20 minutes a day and keep building from there within a few weeks you will notice a huge difference and you will have more energy for more activities thus improving everything from self-esteem to your over all health!

I can assure you that there are fast ways, but none of them are permanent. You MUST lose weight slowly over time to keep it off AND be healthy.

People who are morbidly obese have their stomachs stapled, or do gastric bypass surgery.

Eating healthy and excercising is the best way. The ONLY good way.
