Throw it away. After frozen food has been thawed, it starts to deteriorate more quickly than fresh food (because the ice-crystals that form in it break down the food at a molecular level). A thawed raw chicken will only keep for a day or two at most, and you really do NOT want to take a chance with poultry!!

DON'T THROW IT OUT!! Put it back in the fridge. You can eat it tomorrow as long as you cook it past 155 degrees and it that will kill any bacteria that has formed on it. Is it a whole chicken or pieces? If you prick it with a fork the juices should run clear, not cloudy or reddish. You can tell if it's rotten by smelling it.

Its only good for a few days after thawing. I don't think your life is worth one try to see if its any good. Anyways, bacteria smells and you would be able to smell it and tell if it were good or not.

If you have had it that long, it has salmonella written
all over it regardless if it smells or not pitch it and make sure
you wash your hands after handling it or the wrapping. Wash
down your counter tops with bleach water you don't need to
be sick from that. Do be careful.

toss it. the fda says that seven days after it has been cooked is max. but raw i wouldnt mess around, much longer than two or three days. chicken is really low in acidity and high in protien, that combo is like a bacteria brothel.

Wash that bad boy very well inside and out before cooking. Don't feed to anyone who is very young or very old or has an impaired immune system.
Cook them in a day or two after defrosting. Buy them the day you cook them!
Happy days.

two choices.
Eat it and suffer the food poisoning consequences.
Throw it straight in the bin and re-consider next time when you think you can be arsed to cook a chicken!

when you say it's thawed do you mean it was previously frozen?
If it was then it's a good five days past it's "cook-by" date whatever it smells like!
