Is she a fellow employee or a patient? That is just gross, if she is an employee I would simply tell her that sharing this with you is just not ok, and a lady would excuse her self to the rest room.
I have a very funny story about flatulence. i have four son's and yes women do have gas, but lady's excuse themselves out of the room. Anyway, I have always told my children that ladies do not pass gas, and my friends have always said i am ruining my boys by telling them this. They have never heard me do this. My eldest son got married and come home about three months in the marriage and said mom, you told me that ladies don't pass gas, I looked very surprised and said, they don't. he said well, my wife does, I said your wife, yes she is a woman, however, obviously not a lady. We had a very good laugh. somethings are just not to be shared. I would tell her that yes, it is a natural bodily function, however so is having a bowel movement, however we don't invite each other to the restroom to share it. She is a very ill mannered woman. That is just nasty. I would tell her straight out how offended i was. perhaps get all of the other employees that have to deal with her together and give her an anonymous card telling her that lady's excuse themselves and no one cares to share her funk. Good luck and God bless Unbelievable.

LOL!!!! Flatulence? haha....Just make a joke out of it! Embarass her. These are quiet farts right? They are the worst! Just tell her I wouldn't have in my hands or mouth what just came out of your a**! Why should a man be allowed to have gas in public but a (lady) should have to go to the restroom? Ridiculous. No one wants to smell anyones B/O.

I have a co-worker who has bad breath so bad she could fell an elephant. Unfortunately, there is just no polite way to tell her. Same as w/ your co-worker.

Leave a bottle of Beano on her desk (discreetly). If she doesn't get the hint, she's really dense; then you have to just come out and tell her.

I AM SO SORRY YOU HAVE TO GO THUR THIS AT WORK. BUT SINCE YOU WORK IN A HOSPITAL, MAYBE IT IS NOT THE WOMAN YOU WORK WITH, BUT MAYBE IT IS A PATIENT.
