you must download the frist photoshop softwar ,install run then close off then download the free up upgrade free download & free to use

First, it is NOT photoshop, it is HP Image Zone.
The free program is HP Image Zone Express.
The second is a free download of a trial version of the full program, Image Zone Essentials.
It's not a bad program for the average person, but far too basic for the intermediate to advanced user.
