It can happen but it's not very likely.
What is more common is that person A wants to "get back together/marry them later on in life" but person B is just using person A for a little quick satisfaction while he/she continues to look for person C.

Yes! I went out with my now hubby when we were about 14, we broke up and I went on to have my lovely 7yr old daughter. We met up again by chance a few yeaers later and now have a son and a daughter together and have been happily married for just over 2 years!

Yes, whatever was wrong the first time, could have been addressed and repaired. Therefore making that person a perfect candidate for you life long partner.

When you break up with someone, it doesn't make the unrepairable, it may in slot of cases give them the necessary insight into what ever flaws you or they may have had.

YES! thats what happened with me and my husband and we have been married for 13yrs, when we first met we dated for a year, then broke up for a year, and got back together a year later, got pregnant and got married and we have been married ever since, and i love him more than ever, we have 3 beautiful children, and after all these years there is still that tingling in me when ever i see him.

it would depend on the reasons you broke up in the first place. if it was something that now seems small then it should not be a problem, go for it, whats to loose, however if it was something major like control freek, cheating, voilence or anything simular then i would be more enclined to say no those things dont chance in a person

Yes..my neighbours did just that. They met when they were at school, dated then split up..met other people ..years later met up again and still felt something so they got married.
