Military satellites are so accurate they can read a name tag on a uniform. We don't have any satellites with lasers on them yet.

So to answer your question, no. We do have the technology to do it though. We cannot build one due to the START treaty we have with Russia. (But I doubt that would stop Bush given his lack of respect for treaties.)

Sure, you can track someone by their cell phone, but the energy expenditure is not worth it to kill a single person. It would cost over a billion dollars to do something like that.

Sure it's possible. But if you want to find someone on earth give them a gps tracking device so you can find them wherever they go.

It would be possible but not practical. What they can do is pin point you and then read your mind. That's why I always wear a tin foil hat to thwart their efforts.
