there are fishes that thrive on eating mosquito.
misquito are food for several animals.. like frogs, lizards, chamleon, spiders...etc. increase the population of these will reduce the mosquito population.

Thats right and i agree with you. Now preventing Malaria without killing mosquitoes, then use natural ways. One i can tell. Grow a tree of NEEM in your courtyard and you will not have mosquitoes and flies in your house.
