Take a small beef roast & place in crock pot. Sprinkle with salt & fresh ground pepper, then add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix & enough water to cover. Cook on low about 7 - 9 hours, adding water if needed. The last 1 & 1/2 hours, add cubed potatos, baby carrots & onion pieces. Serve with homemade cornbread & coleslaw for a great work-day dinner!!

Take a round steak and add a large can of whole tomatoes and a can or two or golden mushroom soup, and a sauteed onion. Cook for about 6 hours on low. Serve over rice. 2. Or take a pork roast and a half a head of cabbage and some carrots and a chicken bouillion cube and a cup of water. It makes excellent gravy.3. A corned beef brisket is good also-just put in crockpot and let go all day while at work.
