use the same color grout you already have in the room,if there is any,otherwise I would go with white as its cleanable/bleachable .....

If you want the grout to "go away" use white. If you want the grout to make a graphic statement, use grey. If you use grey, you will end up with a floor that looks kind of like graph paper. White grout will give you a more continuous, cleaner look.
