I was watching a movie, and the girl was reading a book called like, Fertility Diet, Stage Two. But she wasn't pregnant, she was trying to get pregnant. What is a fertility diet?

Im pretty sure that it's a diet that you can start BEFORE you get pregnant so that you can make sure that you're as healthy as possible for the baby.

I'd say it's another scam or was used ficticiously in the movie. To my knowledge, there is no diet that will make your more fertile. As long as you are ovulating you are fertile and able to conceive. If there is a proven diet that will ensure your body releases an egg each month, then I have yet to hear of it.

It's probably a bogus book. Even if the book exists in real life, I'm betting that the book is still bogus.
Personally, the fertility diet that seemed to work in our case seemed to include coffee and ice cream toppings....
