What would you do if YOU were left behind? You thought that you were going with Jesus but for SOME reason you got left here. What would your initial reaction be? Would you be angry? Would you reevaluate yourself? Would you pray on your knees? Would you help others? Would you be scared?

Why are people judging me and coming down on me? It is just a question. Lighten up, people. Just because I asked this does not mean that I am scared that I am going to get left behind or that I am not a true christian or anything like that. I think it is really sad how judgemental some of you are, based on a question. If you don't want to answer them simply don't answer. I don't need to be preached at by 'holier than thous'

I would know that all things are of Christ.

Jesus is in charge and His mercy endures forever.

If I were left behind, I'd definitely pray and ask God to show me where I had been wrong in my faith. But I would also consider that perhaps I'd been left behind to help lead others to Christ, because the Bible is clear that there will be many saved during the tribulation. The majority of the Christian churches believes that the rapture will occur before the tribulation. But I'm not so sure about that. The Bible says it will happen at the last trump. And, according to the book of Revelation, the last trump is after the tribulation. See 2 Thessolonians and Revelation.

There are some that do believe the "church" will not be raptured at the start of the great tribulation.

While the Berlin Wall was still in place, someone was once asked what he would do if she saw someone trying to climb the wall. Would he try to help them and risk being shot himself? His answer was that he did not know what he would do until that time came but he would hope he would try to help.

I do not know what I would do in the case you asked about, but I would hope that I would keep doing what I am doing now...that I would keep trusting MY LORD with all my heart.

I would also look to see if others that I know are firm Christians are still here and if so, I would work to reassure them that all is OK and that we need to keep our trust in the Rock of Ages

Jesus has given so much to me that nothing will change my view toward HIM. I accepted Jesus many years ago (Oct 1, 1958) and I turned my back on HIM so often and went my way. He often protected me from myself. I made JESUS MY LORD about six years ago and I will never turn my back on HIM again.

I know my salvation is secure. I have a covenant written IN HIS BLOOD.

1/3 will be left and refined with fire, tested and become Gods people. ZECH 13:8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
ZECH 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. The MEEK inherit the earth. there are 2 raptures one is between the 6th and 7th seal.

Reevaluate,
Start helping others understand what is happening, so they have a chance to get through the next 7 years,
Prepare for martyrdom.

And yes, of course I'd be scared!

Sorry, I am not going to dignify that question with an answer. i am a born again Christian and I am not going to be left behind. You call your self a "fellow christian'. No real christian would ever intertain a thought like that.

I would be horrified. I would be panic driven, and wouldn't know what to think. Since I am not sure that Gentiles can be saved during the Tribulation, I would likely die from fear.

BUT ! I know I am saved NOW, so I will not be left behind, I trust Jesus !

Here's the deal. True Christians will NOT be 'left behind'. So, if you get left behind, then you aren't a true Christian.

When the believers leave the Holy Spirit leaves with us.
There will be no hope of a re-evaluation or repentance.
The plug would have been pulled, no juice to work that magic.
Though surely, some will try.
NOW is the day of salvation.

I don't have to answer that hypothetical question - because I know without a shadow of a doubt that I have Eternal Life and Heaven as my home when I die. Sorry can't go there.
