I hope you are joking with this question...???

No, permanent teeth are it. If you lose them they do NOT grow back. That's why they are called permanent.

No your tooth will not grow back because you only have two sets of teeth baby teeth and permanent teeth but ask your dentist about an implant.

Grow back? You only have 2 sets of teeth. Do you mean, reattach back into your bone? NO.... Reattach itself to your gum tissue..sometimes.

Front teeth can be lost from getting knocked out or whatever... you can replace it back in the socket and hope the tissue around it reattaches to it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.

Now for your back teeth aka 'posterior' teeth... not likely. It wont reattach itself cause you chew and put to much pressure and is constantly going through tramua. It will keep coming out. Just get rid of the tooth, its useless now.

You only have one set of permanent teeth. Once you baby teeth fall out, you only have one set. You many need to go and get a cap to fill the empty space. It looks just like a tooth.

My brother had to have a permanent one removed after it got hit twice. They found a disease in the gums that could have, if not caught, spread through the gums and then he would have lost all of his upper teeth at least. Good thing it was caught and he only lost the one. After that he got a fake one (retainer type in those days). Several years later he got the fake one put in permanently. It's been fine ever since.

How old are you? I doubt it, they are called permanent for a reason they don't fall out if they do you will need veneers or whatever they're called. So no, they will not grow back. Sorry.

No... that's why they are called "permanent" ... it's the only set of teeth you will have, for the rest of your life.
