I am going to australia next summer. When is the best time to book flights (when will they be cheapest)?

i booked about 8 mths before i went, and it was quite cheap, and gave me about 6 mths to pay, which was brilliant, went with emirates check on internet, and look for best price and have fun, its a life changing experience

The cheapest seasons to buy tickets are spring and autumn. Summer and Winter are so-called "high seasons" and it is difficult to book and get a cheap ticket...

Just keep checking Qantas' own website. They're frequently doing special offers so just wait for one to come up.
