You got scammed too? It found 100 different "problems" with my registry and then wouldn't remove. I got it fairly easily - by stopping all my programs associated with internet explorer running - like MSN messenger - then went to Control panel - add/remove programs and removed it. If that doesn't do it - right click your taskbar and run task manager and see if it's running as an application - if it is end it then remove it. if neccessary go in to processes and find it - highlight it and end process and then uninstall it. Warning to others - don't download that registry cleaner garbage! Ccleaner is OK though.

If you can't uninstall it then go to its directory (probably under Program Files) and delete the whole directory. Then go to Start->Run and run Regedit. Then search and delete all its instances.
