I have had this problem for a couple of weeks I also can't print from the internet lots of problems

Lots of possibilities. Do you have any internet access at all? Have you talked to your ISP? If you are using a modem, does it dial? If you have a NIC card, do the lights light up? If you have a cable/DSL modem, do the lights look right? Are you conected to the cable/DSL modem by a USB cable or a cat6 cable? Are you using a router?
Sorry for all the questions, we need to narrow it down a bit.

some time i have prob. like that i unplug comp. pull battery put batt. back plug in elec. have to reboot it works i don't know if this will help, but it cant hurt any thing.it worked for me

Please scan your PC for virus, Its definetly a virus problem. AS soon as it gets removed u wont be facing any such problem.
