i have troubles with boys i mean i cannot communicate with them very well. Every time i meet a boy i like i can't talk to him and that's why i don't have a boyfriend.Every relationship i had up to this moment ended exactly because of my timidity.

smile more, and flirt, but don't be a slut.
make friends with him first, and practice talking to urself in the mirror. use a pickup line to break the ice and get him to laugh.
eye contact is important.
shake people's hand when you meet them.
meet new people.
try dating someone who is like you: timid, quiet, and shy. shy people are almost always nice.
or.... if that doesn't work, have a friend ask him out for you.

i was shy like that too, it helps to make a friend (of the same gender) that doesn't have much shyness in them. Being around some one like that will make you more bold and even more oped with people you don't know. That's what my best friend did for me when i came to new york two years ago.
