They worked for me when I used them a year or so ago, and I just bought another set to clean up the coffee and tea stains that have returned since then. They work, you just need to use them consistantly as the directions say. One every now and then won't do the trick. Twice a day, once a day, or once every other day - until the box is done - and you will see an improvement! And like someone already mentioned, they can cause your teeth to get sensitive. My dentist suggested this switching to doing it once every other day if it gets really sensitive by doing it more than that, and I've found that using a flouride mouthwash once a day while using the white strips helps cut down on that a lot.

I tried them because my sister had some left over and the strips are only large enough to whiten the front sixe teeth, so you have to use more to whiten your molars.

You also shouldn't leave them on for more than the recommended time (I think it's about 10 minutes) or else it'll hurt.

They do work, but if your teeth are very crooked or overlapped, they may not work so well for you. If the strips can't contact the teeth, they won't work.

yes, they work but they are really nasty. My advice, never lick the gelly stuff on the strips. It's enough to make you hurl.

yes they work but I really don't think that it is good for the enamel . in time the enamel will be ruined by the white strips . but that is just me feeling this way.. %-(

I love them. I notice a difference after only using one.

They're good, but prolonged/excessive use leads to tooth sensitivity, not recommened for more than one use per month.
