this guy ive known for a while has been chasing me for years. we have meet up a few times but have only kissed eachother. the last time we met he wanted to take things further but i told im i wasnt ready.i wanted to make sure that he was really interested in me coz ive heard that hes a player and only interested in the chase. i told him i really like him and he said he likes me too.since i told him i wouldnt take things further, he went "cold" on me for a few weeks and didnt seem that interested but recently, he has started chasing me again and asking me to meet him for drinks.is he really interested in me or is this all part of the chase?

chase. if you give in, he will walk aaway. Keep him insterested by playing hard. then when he is panting hard for you, give him alittle to keep him coming back

If you have heard that he is a player, be very careful and look for more signs that he may be genuinely interested in you. Sounds like he is interested, especially since he is chasing you again, but make sure you find out what his intentions are. Look for more signs that he is genuinely interested in you. For instance: if he is making it his business to call you when he says he will, if he is spending HIS spare time with you, if he is taking you out on real dates and not to his house (wanting to be seen with you!). If he really desires to be with you he will respect that you want to wait before you give it up! If he wants it that bad he should be able to give you what you want, right? Fair exchange is not robbery! So whatever it is that you want from him, tell him. Be careful with this guy though, as he could only be out for the chase! For the most part go with your gut and stick to YOUR plan. Definitely keep it to yourself until you fill him out! Go out with him for drinks, but make sure he is not just trying to get you all sloppy drunk so he can get some!

A little bit of both. The only way you're going to find out is to keep hanging with him and be his friend until you are able to figure out what his real motives are. I would tell him what your concerns are. Tell him everything you just told us. Otherwise, only time will tell if he's interested in you or the actual chase. Stay close to him as a friend, but keep your eye on him and look out for signs to see if he's for real about you or not. Listen to your instincts.

He is not interested its all about the chase..hes already proved hes a player so dont go near this guy you will just end up hurt...you have been warned.

Looks like he has warmed up again now after the few weeks break. Still think he is only after sex. You can only find out if you hold off for a few more weeks and see if he still is interested. Good luck.

Part of the chase babe! All the time he thought you wasn't interested he chased you and wanted to know! Then when he thought he had a chance you got boring to him!!! He will only use you - so he can brag to his mates, keep up his reputation and add you to he's list.
