None of Jesus' disciples witnessed the crucifixion. They "all fled" and "deserted" Jesus. This further confirms Islam's claims.
Taken from the above verses: "These things happened so that the scripture would be fulfilled: 'Not one of his bones will be broken,' and, as another scripture says, 'They will look on the one they have pierced.' (From the NIV Bible, John 19:36-37)"
"he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken. (From the NIV Bible, Psalm 34:20)"
Notice in Psalm 34:20, it says that GOD Almighty will protect "all his bones". So, not even an inch from his bones will be damaged according to the Scriptures.
As you might know, the crucifixion back then was done by nailing to the cross the hands and the ankles or the feet. If GOD Almighty was going to protect Jesus' body that not even a single bone will be broken, then how would the crucifixion and the death of Jesus be possible then?!
Hebrews 5:7-8 (these verses explicitly say that GOD Almighty heard Jesus' cries about not getting crucified on the cross) prove without a doubt that Islam's claim about Jesus peace be upon him never died on the cross and was raised to Allah Almighty is indeed the Truth.

First off threats and warnings are illogical ! now on to your questions Jesus is the Son of God and did indeed have a body if you read in the Bible where he was born lived his life was seen by thopusands of people performed many miracles including raising people from the Dead and he had a body to be scourged . impaled jabbed with a lance and prepared for burial and was resurected from the dead by his GFather on the third day and since God can make any body he wants to he made this one for thomas who wanted to see the wounds to prove this man was indeed Jesus raised from the dead Jesus maintained a human body untill his ascension to the heaves witnessed by many the demateralized his body and took on spirit form as flesh and blood can not inhabit the heavens 1st Cor 15:44,50 John 20:24-31 John 20:17 John 14:28 Joh Chap 19 Jesus death does this answer some of your questions and FYI souls do die Ezekiel 18:4 Gorbalizer

Jesus is the New Adam, from where our physical body is resurrected with Him.
Freewill corrupted the first Adam who was fully human. So God the Father sent His own son Jesus to fulfill the promise to the original Adam and Eve after their sin.
Jesus teaches us through His actions. That is why the Bible states clearly the Faith without works is DEAD. Jesus taught strictly through His actions thus faith must be put into action!
If you think about it that really is how humans learn best...think of how a young child learns to walk. Watching the actions of Mom and Dad around them...
So Jesus showed us how to die, but more importantly conquered death once and for all by His resurrection. Scars show His human-ness, but the Resurrection of His human Body shows us our ultimate glory.

Christ was God from all eternity. Once He was born of the virgin Mary, He was also man. He was not partly God and partly man. He was fully God and fully man. Since He was fully God He could do everything that God can do (raise the dead, cure the sick, forgive sins, etc.). Since He was fully man he could do everything a man can do, except sin (eat, sleep, get hungry, get tired, be born, die). When He was resurrected, He was resurrected completely, body and soul, humanity and divinity. Therefore the scars of His death were still on His human body.

1) The Holy Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; three entities in one.
2) Resurrected on the Third Day by the Power of the Father and so that the scriptures may be fulfilled.
3) He still retained His body, hence resurrection. He died AND rose again.

Christ bodily died, rose from the dead and assended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God Almighty.
God is a single Being who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as a perichoresis of three persons (personae, prosopa): Father (the Source, the Eternal Majesty); the Son (the eternal Logos or Word, incarnate as Jesus of Nazareth); and the Holy Spirit (the Paraclete or advocate).

Christ was God incarnate - He had a fleshly body just like ours, just God as his Father - not a man. He did die, buried, rose again - that is His fleshly body - that is why He had scars. God raised Him from the dead. We also, if we believe He was the Son of God, will be raised from the dead - our physical bodies - just like Him (Jesus). Also when Jesus ascended to Heaven, He was in a fleshly body. I hope this helps.
