Do a google search for a home brewing store in your area. Get some brewing yeast (you can use wine, ale, cider, champagne, or any other style of yeast)...the dry packets can be under a dollar. You don't want to use baking yeast as it leaves really nasty, yeasty flavors.

Find a gallon of apple juice that's sold in the glass one gallon jugs. Pour a glass of apple juice (so you can taste it and to free up some room...you'll need it). Put about half of the packet of yeast in the apple juice, cap it and shake the crap out of it. You want to shake it for at least 2 minutes....more if you're not worn out by then. You're adding oxygen to the juice, this is good.
When you're done shaking, uncap it, and wrap some aluminum foil around the top...this will let the gasses out during fermentation, but keep the oxygen and bugs out. Don't put a ruber band on it, you want it to _not_ be air tight.

In about 2-3 weeks it should be done fermenting and you'll see some sludge on the bottom. You want to siphon the clear(ish) part off of the sludge (pulp and yeast) and let the clear stuff sit for another 2-3 weeks to finish fermenting ad clarify. After that, you ca bottle it or drink it. Too soon, and it will taste yeasty.

You can take the sludge off the bottom and use it to make another batch, too.

get a gallon of chilled apple cider (not apple juice), pour into a pot with some cinnamon and heat until hot (or for better a better taste, let simmer for half a day or so) ....yummyyy

if you want a VERY easy way (it doesnt taste as fresh, but we drink it alot) there are apple cider packets that you pour into hot water. It comes in a package you can get everywhere...they are very good for individual cups....but i recommend, if you are having ppl over, getting the gallon of apple cider and heating it. it is almost as easy

hope that helped
