If the rest of the human body grows as we get older, why don't the eyes?

After you reach Adulthood your skull is completed in size in this time your eyeballs stop growing.

they grow from your birth to an adult, but they stop at adulthood because your skull grows to the size it is as an adult, and if your eyes continued to grow, they would be too big for your head to contain.

Your eyes stay the same size from birth...that's why it looks like babies have big eyes!
I think it's because they're already very complex when they're born and have no need to be any bigger/smaller... hmmm?

nope, the eyes stay a similar length from the day you're born, the reason your buddy needs to have diverse glasses is using the fact the face itself transformations over the years and the top gets extra desirable.
