well i would spend more time with him and get to know him better before you make a move. i would make sure that you like him, and after that you shoukd either wait for him to make the first move, or you can, then maybe after that yall will hit it off!!!

be sarcastic w/ him. in coversation if he says "ill brb" u say "omg, where r u going, y r u leaving me, wat am i gonna do w/o u, come bak..." or if he says something where u can say "i love u" or somethinglike that, then do it. if he takes it all serious and is like "i like u too" then ur set. but if hes like "um... wat?" then u go "dude, im jking w/ ya. jez" and ur off the hook
but if u want to make it easy- u could just ask him. (i no u thin thats stupid and no one would ever do that- but i did and then my bf asked me out. and um, it turned out that he was just too shy to find out wat i thought of him, so me asking helped him way more than it helped me)
